What’s the Story, Morning Glory?

Welcome to cell.photo.blog. The purpose of this blog (a photo blog, really) is to highlight the work of photographers who work in the medium of cell phone cameras. Yes, that’s right: cell phone cameras (AKA “camera phones”).

Almost everyone has a cell phone camera nowadays, but who has really experimented with the medium? What are its limits? What can be done with it? What can’t?

Because the files are so small, photos taken with cell phones are great for avatars (for chat or instant messaging) or cell phone desktop pictures. If you see a picture you like, feel free to right-click (ctrl-click on a Mac) to DL the file.

Anyone can send me a picture (or pictures). The only requirement is that the photo be taken with a cell phone camera.

Useful information to include when submitting photos:

1) Your name
2) The title of your work
3) The cell phone model used
4) Anything else you think is important (Where was the picture taken? Any impression you would like to impart on the viewer?
